QUALITATIVE RESEARCH INTO TASKS, QUESTIONS, AND SOURCES
Gap Analysis is a qualitative research method into the information needs of your customers or employees. During in-depth interviews we ask questions on daily activities. We also search for motives. This will reveal the real needs your customers have. How do they look for answers to their questions, which channels do they use, and what are their experiences in all of this?
This qualitative research specifically registers non-verbal signs, we also observe what the day-to-day environment of your customers looks like. Therefore, we prefer to conduct this survey in their natural habitat: at home, at work, or on the road with mobile phones.
EYE-OPENERS THROUGH IN-DEPTH INTERVIEWS
The outcome of Gap Analysis is often a real eye-opener. You can immediately dismiss your assumptions. The findings of the analysis will be presented in a solidly substantiated advisory report. These documents contain insights that will often last for years. We always explain the results during a presentation.
